Are There Different Flavours Of CBD?

CBD has been popping up everywhere, and it seems like people can’t get enough of it. From CBD gummies to CBD flowers in the UK, there are so many different products to choose from. CBD itself is a compound that’s derived from the cannabis plant, but it’s separate from THC, making it non-psychoactive. One of the most popular CBD products is the oil, but people might be a bit wary of taking it based on what they’ve heard about the flavour. So, if you’re wondering if there are other flavours of CBD out there that you can enjoy, keep reading and find out!

CBD Isolate

CBD isolate is the purest form of CBD as it only contains that one compound. It might also be harvested from hemp plants as they have little to no THC in them, making it easier to process and extract. Some people find that CBD isolate isn’t as strong in flavour as other CBD oils as it only contains the one compound and is from a more neutral tasting plant. It isn’t completely tasteless, but it’s definitely not as strong or earthy as some oils. So, if you’re trying to find a CBD that won’t leave a funny taste in your mouth, then the isolate can be the way to go.

Full Spectrum CBD

Full spectrum CBD is slightly different as it contains multiple different extracts as well as CBD. These can range from essential oils, terpenes, and cannabinol. A lot of people find that full spectrum CBD tastes a whole lot stronger than just the isolate, and this could be the reason why. That rich, earthy flavour that you know (and possible love) of CBD is always present in full spectrum products, so it can take some getting used to. A lot of people prefer the full spectrum options as terpenes and other cannabinoids are said to also be good for you. So, while it may be a different type of CBD with the potential for more benefits, the flavour will be a lot stronger in comparison.

Flavoured CBD

If you really can’t stand the flavour of CBD, then you can look at getting ones that are actually flavoured with something else. This is normally done with essential oils or artificial flavourings, and it can really help mask that heady CBD flavour that you dislike. You can find all sorts of flavours too, ranging from mint, lemon, strawberry, and orange. These fruity and menthol flavours do a great job of masking the original taste, so they could be the best option for you.

When it comes to CBD flavours, it’s quite limited unless you actually get a different flavoured option. It will all depend on you and your personal tastebuds too. Some people find that they get used to the flavour of CBD oil on it’s own, but other people simply can’t get past it. (adderall) So, why not try something a bit sweeter like the flavoured CBD oils that people can enjoy. You’ll be surprised at how great it tastes!
