Careline Supervisor

Careline Supervisors are responsible for the day-to-day provision of Ostomy Lifestyle’s telephone and email Careline services, ensuring the highest standard of service delivery.

The Careline receives calls from anyone affected by stoma surgery, (eg pre surgery, post surgery, family and medical professionals) on a range of subjects relating to having a stoma, for instance travel, relationships, hobbies, stoma management etc.

Main responsibilities include offering advice, information and support to Careline callers and supporting Careline Operators to do the same, as well as monitoring and developing the Careline service.

For this role you must be an excellent communicator and have personal or professional experience of stoma surgery, and able to portray a positive message about living with a stoma.
