RESPONDER Home Delivery Service from OstoMART is an Award Winning independent service specialising in the supply of Stoma and Continence prescription products. We are one of the first Dispensing Appliance Contractors to be fully operational for the Electronic Prescription Service (EPS) in England. This means that patients using our service will benefit from an even faster service with no need to collect your prescriptions in person and post them, more patient choice and an overall easier process from the comfort of your home. All our Customer Care staff have a BTEC Advanced Award in Stoma & Continence Customer Support and with over 21 years of experience, we will ensure that you receive the best in customer care.

Home Delivery Service

Using our service we will ensure that your supplies are delivered before 12 pm on a pre-arranged day with no need to wait in, you can choose to post your prescription or we can arrange this directly with your surgery on your behalf and with our new EPS system, the speed of obtaining your prescription will be even faster and hassle free. As an independent non-pouch manufacturer we can offer you unbiased product advice with product choice from ALL manufacturers and a free sampling service. We deliver using discreet unmarked packaging and if your pouches/flanges require cutting then our revolutionary Computerised Cutting Machine will ensure you have the best, most accurate and hygienic cut available every time. We will also provide complimentary dry or wet wipes and disposable bags if required with each order and we also offer you a FREE gift of your choice on registration.

Our phone lines are open Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, and Saturdays from 8:30 am to 12:30 pm or you can register online.
