Inside Out

Inside Out Stoma Support Group was set up in November 1999 and a few years later was incorporated with St Marks Hospital Foundation, Charity Registration 1088119. To provide continuing support, reassurance and practicle information to anyone who may be about to have or who has already had one of the above stomas.

We also provide support to their families and carers before, during and after surgery. We hold coffee mornings every two weeks, (see dates & details on the next page), its a place where you can let your hair down and talk to others who are going or gone through simular problems and learn how to resolve them. All ostomists are welcome as is their partners, family members and careres.
