We are open Monday to Friday, 10:00 to 3:00pm.  As we are a charity operating on limited resources, on rare occasions we may be unable to answer your call immediately.  In this situation please leave as much contact information as you can and we will respond as quickly as we are able.

What we do
We offer support, advice and information to anyone who:

• May need to have stoma surgery on their bowel or bladder
• Has recently had surgery
• Has had their stoma for some time
• Are the family, friends or carers of the above
• Has an interest in stoma care

You can call one of our operators to talk about all aspects of daily life with a stoma.

• All of our operators have had stoma surgery, and are trained to national standards
• We seek to empower people, enabling them to make informed choices

Our fees
We do not charge anyone for using our services.
