We are open Monday to Saturday, 12:00 to 6:00pm

What we do
We offer support, advice and information to anyone who:

• May need to have stoma surgery on their bowel or bladder
• Has recently had surgery
• Has had their stoma for some time
• Are the family, friends or carers of the above
• Has an interest in stoma care

You can call one of our operators to talk about all aspects of daily life with a stoma.

Who we are

• All of our operators have had stoma surgery, and are trained to national standards
• We seek to empower people, enabling them to make informed choices

Our fees
We do not charge anyone for using our services.

Ostomy Lifestyle is a charity and relies on financial support to keep the Careline open.

Privacy
We respect privacy. All information is kept confidential to Ostomy Lifestyle and will not be shared with any third party. We monitor all our calls for training purposes.
